Special Cheese and Bread Making Workshop; $150
Join Chef Tammy and another local accomplished chef, Michele Wright Petras, for a special 2-day cheese and bread making workshop, featuring feta and chevre, 2 ways with goat milk directly from Chef Michele’s farm. Participants will also learn an easy Dutch oven bread, Beer Bread and an Artisan loaf. Day 1 will start the initial processes of curdling the cheeses and retarding the bread doughs to then set overnight. On Day 2, the class will finish the processes and enjoy the fruits of their labor. Snacks and beverages provided. P.S. Mom called and she said she’d love this for her Mother’s Day present!
